Symposium Dancetopia presents Trust & Togetherness

On 24–26 May, Symposium Dancetopia will take place in the theatre of Palác Akropolis, the urban wilderness Přístav 18600, and Fuchs2. The orienting main themes are Trust & Togetherness and Fantasy & Reality. In the morning formats, international experts Anne Juren and Maria F. Scaroni will present their own practices.

Guilherme Morais, Lovers against Lions: encourages everyone to show affection in public, particularly people from LGBTQIAPN+ and BIPoC communities. Performers, in pairs or groups, fill the space by kissing continuously and create a collective camping area.

ME-SA / Martina Hajdyla Lacová, Bodies in Progress 28: explores the impact of shared existence on a woman and her body during pregnancy. Experience this fascinating journey with Martina Hajdyla Lacová, while her body is changing and adapting to a new life."

Collectif blitzbereit, Vulnerability Hurts: a performative exploration of vulnerability as the foundation of intimacy. Experience and observe a range of intimate experiences - from playful and tender to intense or even unsettling.

Mind Move / Veronika Knytlová, Kaleidoscope: Workshop of Noticing: Tune into the surrounding nature and the rhythm of your own body. Music, atmosphere, everything around becomes part of a unique dance of life.

Andrea Tušimová, The world between us: listening to the song Mamma Mia triggers a whirlwind of emotions. Experience and dance through Andrea Tušimová's favorite songs with her.
